The ProCam 3D
Probe is a portable
coordinate measurement system designed for applications where
minimal set-up and fast turnaround times are desired.
The
ProCam
system allows complete freedom of movement around an
object with no degradation of accuracy. The system is
frequently used in a dedicated area where you can turn it on and
start measuring immediately. A wide range of hidden point
probes allows easy access to locations that may be impossible to
measure with other systems. The self contained ProCam system
from Aicon is ideal for measurement of welded assemblies, automotive
crash test deformation analysis, and other midsize to large objects
where 3d coordinates are to be collected quickly.

DPA-Pro Industrial Photogrammetry is able to take advantage of recent advances in digital
cameras and computing power to revolutionize this well established
concept. Automated calibration routines, simple targeting and
user-friendly software make the DPA-Pro close range photogrammetry
system a logical choice for the occasional user. The
Aicon DPA-Pro system is
ideal for some of the most demanding 3D measurement situations, such
as highly congested close range environments, or areas that are
difficult to reach. This extremely portable system can be
carried to any location in a small case. Data can be collected
quickly from non-stable platforms allowing the system to be used in
many situations where other portable CMM's are not suitable.
The system is ideal for "before" and "after" measurements such as
deformation studies.

TubeInspect is an automated
system for measurement of tubes and hydraulic lines. The
system measures an entire tube within seconds with a series of
overhead cameras. Data is compared to a CAD model or to a
master tube. Automated report generation and feedback directly
to multiple tube bending machines provides significant increases in
efficiency. Complex tube shapes can be measured easily.

3D
Scanning generates high
density point clouds for accurate analysis of a 3D surface.
The Opto-TOP HE is a very fast and
portable 3d scanning system. Over 1.3 million points are
captured in under one second. Typical applications are the 3D
scanning of molds & dies, part inspection and reverse
engineering to create CAD models for old parts. Point clouds
can be compared to the intended shape of a CAD file or used for
reverse engineering applications. These 3D digitizing systems
can be used in combination with Aicon photogrammetry or laser
trackers to obtain accurate representations of large objects.
This technology uses harmless light from a halogen bulb and can
capture color or human forms. Opto-SCAN is a fully automated
system with similar accuracies. The FaceSCAN is specially adapted to
measure human faces and can also provide full body scans. The
new TriTOS system is adapted to
the needs of the art and cultural heritage fields.

Gap
Gun is a
handheld measurement system that provides gap and mismatch (Gap and
Flush) or (Gap and Step) data. Information is immediately
available for the operator on an imbedded screen and also is
transmitted to a PC. The system can also be configured to measure
profiles, rivets, and other features.
